Since 1996, Mr. Ingrassia has also been the President and Owner of Lippincott Funeral Chapel, Inc. in Goshen, New York and Lippincott Funeral Home, Inc. in Chester, New York. Mr. Ingrassia was born in Middletown, New York and is a 1983 graduate of St. Bonaventure University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a 1984 graduate of the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service with a Funeral Service diploma.
Albert D. Alunni, Acting President and Chief Operating Officer, is a former Senior Vice President, Financial Services, Dollar Dry Dock Bank and Assistant Vice President, Financial Services, Chemical Bank (J.P. Morgan Chase & Co). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Middletown YMCA. Al has an MBA from Adelphi University, Garden City, NY and a BA degree from The Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife, Sandy reside in Moscow, Pennsylvania and are the parents of three children.
Alan Martin, is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President/Financial Reporting with Community Capital Bank in Brooklyn, New York from 2002 to 2004, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial with Franklin Bank in Nutley, New Jersey from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Martin also held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Bancamericano, Elizabeth, New Jersey, from 1997 to 1999.

He is also one of the owners of United Check Cashing, Middletown, NY. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Alstrup was the Vice President of Human Resources for Volvo North America Corporation in Rockleigh, New Jersey. Mr. Alstrup was born in Denmark and became a U.S. citizen in 1984. Mr. Alstrup completed his post-graduate studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey, 1988 where he received his M.B.A. degree.
Michael F. Amodio, Jr., presently City Clerk/Treasurer with the City of Middletown, New York. Formerly Vice President with The Bank of New York at the Middletown Branch. He is a member of the Middletown Rotary, Elks Club and Knightsof Columbus and also served as a Trustee on the Horton Medical Center Foundation Board. Mr. Amodio resides in Middletown, New York.
