MIDDLETOWN, NY, June 1, 2006 - Community Bank of Orange, N.A. has opened a branch office at Mitchel Corners Shopping Center, 25 Elm St, Warwick, NY. The new Warwick branch will operate as a full service bank and offer all of CBO’s accounts and services, including checking, savings, certificates of deposit, consumer and business loans, business banking, home mortgages, ATM service, telephone banking, and non-deposit investment and insurance products. The branch will be open six days a week.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned at the branch for Friday, June 9th, at 4:00pm. At that time, CBO will make donations to several local organizations to thank the community for its support. These organizations include St. Anthony Community Hospital; Winslow Therapeutic Riding; Warwick Community Center; Warwick Valley Humane Society; and the Future Business Leaders Club at the WVHS.
To celebrate the branch opening, community members can visit the branch and enter the bank’s drawing to win $1,000 in cash (first prize), $500 (second prize) or $250 (third prize). No purchase is necessary to enter. Winners will be notified in mid-July.

Ronald J. Gentile, President & CEO, is a former President and Chief Operating Officer of The Warwick Savings Bank, Warwick New York.
Mr. Gentile's outside affiliations include Board member of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Unlimited, Warwick New York, and the Community Foundation of Orange County; Past President and member of the Warwick Valley Rotary Club, Warwick, New York; Past President of the Orange County Bankers Association; and member of the Committee on CRA & Affordable Housing for Community Bankers Association of New York State/New York Bankers Association.
Lisette D. Cuba, Branch Manager, brings 20 years of experience with Warwick Savings Bank to her new position. Her positions included Staff Auditor; Branch Manager; New Business Development Manager; Loan Originator; and Head Teller. She has been a member of the Warwick Valley Rotary Club since 1999 and served as Treasurer since 1999. Lisette served as a member of the St. Anthony Community Hospital golf outing committee from 1992 – 1999.
Nancy Sobotor-Littell, Assistant Branch Manager, was with Warwick Savings Bank from 1974 – 2003 serving as Corporate Secretary; Director of Human Resources; and Customer Service Representative. Nancy is a lifelong Warwick resident.
